What is Debut Performance Company?

Debut Performance Company is the 620 Dance Centre's non-competitive performance company. Debut is designed for the dancer who is interested in building performance skills and improving technique. Students do not audition for a position on this team and are required to take a minimum of 2 different genres of dance in addition to weekly rehearsal.

Debut's Mission

Debut's goal is to provide dancers with a well-rounded professional program placing emphasis on developing the dancers's love for performance while building a strong foundation of technique.  Dancers participate in public performances in the local community and surrounding areas throughout the year.  Dancers are also eligible to attend dance convention and workshop experiences with some of the most talented and sought after teachers in the United States.  In doing so, dancers develop a strong technical background and grow to be confident performers.
