EDC Parent Information Meeting
Wednesday, May 19 6-7pm
This is a mandatory meeting for parents of all dancers considering EDC auditions. 

2010-2011 EDC Auditions
Saturday, May 22 1-4pm
All dancers will participate in an audition class and present a 30 second, self choreographed solo.

2010-2011 EDC Summer Requirements
Wednesdays June 7-July 28  6:30-8:30  $180
All EDC members will be required to attend weekly Technique/Specialty classes. 
(members will be allowed 2 absences for vacation/camp)

2010-2011 EDC Summer Choreography Weeks 
June 21-25 & July 12-16 (late afternoon/evenings)
All EDC members will be required to attend these choreography weeks.  New small & large group choreographies will be set during this time.

Summer Intensive
July 12-16 9m-2pm  $240
All EDC members will be required to attend this exciting week of guest choreographers. 
(Note that this is also our second choreography week.)

Tuition

• Tuition is based annually and divided into 9 equal monthly payments due the first of each month. 

• We strongly urge all participants to enroll in the Electronic Fund Transfer program.  If you choose not to enroll in the EFT program, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee in the amount of $45, to be paid with registration. 

• A monthly statement will not be mailed. 

• A $15.00 late fee will be posted to all unpaid accounts after the 10th of the month. 

• All fees (dancewear, performance, etc.) are subject to the stated late fee if not paid by the stipulated due dates.  The rule is strictly enforced.

• Late fees will not be waived.

• All fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.

• A $20.00 service charge will be imposed on all returned checks. 

• Tuition is the same for all months, regardless of the number of lessons in that month.  There are no refunds or adjustments for absences, cancelled classes, or vacation.

• Students are considered enrolled until the office has been notified, in writing, otherwise.  Tuition is due for the entire month in which the drop occurs.

• Monthly tuition is determined by the number of class hours taken each week.

Registration & Administrative Fees

Registration Fee: $30 per student or $50 per family

Administrative Fee: $45 per family if not participating in EFT

Registration and Administrative Fees plus prepayment of May 2011 tuition due upon registration.

Performance Fees - Due November 1st: 

Performance Fee: $50 per student or $70 per family
Costume Fees:

 Costume fees may be paid in installments beginning September 1, 2010.
